I've been going to rejuiceanation periodically for years. Recently, they switched owners, and the new owner decided not to honor any loyalty points customers had earned under the previous owners' time. Rather than simply transfer my points, as any customer-oriented business would have done, I was rudely told there was no way for the new owner to know if I was cheating with my old points (even though I got them all at this store under the prior owner), and that therefore they refused to transfer them. I am spreading the word to my entire office to no longer eat here. I hope it was worth it to them to lose this much business over a refusal to transfer six stamps toward a free soup.
